3. Authentication & Client Portal
If you create an account to access the Client Portal, authentication is handled by Clerk, our identity provider. Clerk processes your credentials and session data under its own privacy practices, available at clerk.com/privacy.
4. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and account information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
