You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to any account or system, or interfere with its normal operation.

Client Portal accounts are provisioned for active clients and authorized personnel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Submitting a contact inquiry or booking a consultation does not create a binding engagement. Any statement of work, pricing, or timeline becomes effective only upon a signed agreement between you and Essorsoft Consulting.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and the Essorsoft name and logo, is the property of Essorsoft Consulting and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Essorsoft Consulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
